Whenever possible Andaluz Apartments will be flexible without additional charge in case of an early arrival or late departure.

Smoking and pets:

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Deposit and payment:

Paying a deposit (€ 150) is required. The deposit must be paid in advance, at the same time as the cost of the stay. If no damage or loss has been detected to the apartment, furniture and/or linen the deposit will be refunded to you within 3 days after check out on your credit card or bank account. The apartment will be cleaned and checked at the same time after your departure, so unfortunately it is not possible to refund the deposit in cash at the time of check out.

After you have made your reservation, we will send you a conformation of your booking as soon as possible. You are requested to complete the payment in 2 terms: first payment (50%) must be made within 7 days from the date indicated on the booking confirmation. A second payment (the remainder 50%) shall, not later than within 6 weeks prior to your arrival, be in our possession. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card through the link in the confirmation/invoice you will receive in our confirmation/invoice.

The total rental price includes:

- the rental fee for the apartment
- the kitchen, bed and bath linen
- (normal) consumption of water and electricity
- air conditioning/heating is free until 50kW per week (in winter season, from 1st of November to 31st of March, 20kW per week is free). For additional use €0,20 per kW will be charged.

Gasbottles (for heating in winter season) are not included in the rental price.

In the event of the payment being too late, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Note: our low winter prices from 1st of November to 31st of March are based on the use of the gas stove we have placed and a normal use of electricity (see above for accommodation with air conditioning heating). If you want to use an (own) electric heater, due to the high consumption of electric heaters, additional costs will be charged. These costs depend on the electricity bill of the electricity company.


Cancellation is possible. You can cancel free of charge more than 3 months prior to arrival. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the total rent is due. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival you will be charged the total rental price. Earlier departure from your apartment does not include (partial) refund of the rental amount. If you cancel your reservation €35 administration fee will be charged.

Maximum occupancy:

Andaluz Apartments is registered with the Junta de Andalucía. Our apartments have been checked and approved for the maximum number of guests mentioned in the apartment description. In order to avoid a fine, issues with insurance in case of calamities and the possible loss of our license, we will unfortunately be obligated to deny the extra persons access to the apartment when the maximum number of persons allowed is exceeded.

Cleaning service:

The apartment will be delivered clean upon arrival. During your stay, the apartment will not be cleaned. Bed linen will be changed for stays of 8 nights or more. For our long stay winter guests (4 weeks or longer), extra linen will be provided in the apartment.


The complex (MDN01, MDN02, MDN03, MDN04, MDN05, MDN06, TOR01, TOR04, TOR05, TOR07, TOR08 and TOR11) offers indoor parking space. You can use the parking free of charge.

Communal swimming pool:

The complex (MDN01, MDN02, MDN03, MDN04, MDN05, MDN06, TOR01, TOR07 and TOR10) has a communal swimming pool with a children's pool. You may use it free of charge. Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.

Check out:

We will say good bye to you in person on the day of check out. When you leave before 10am we will say good bye to you the day before. It is not necessary to pick up the beds, wash towels or clean the apartment. However, we kindly ask you to empty the kitchen (do not leave any waste, food or beverages in kitchen cabinets and/or refigerator, no garbage bags with waste). In the immediate vicinity of your apartment you will find containers where you can easily deposit your waste. If the staff of Andaluz Apartments has to dispose your waste, you may be charged a fee. These costs amount to €15 per garbage bag.

Travel and cancellation insurance:

We encourage all our guests to take out a travel and cancellation insurance in case of emergencies. Andaluz Apartments is not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur during your stay at or around the apartment. Andaluz Apartments is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.


Andaluz Apartments is registered with the Junta de Andalucía under the numbers A/MA/01388 and A/MA/01504 and in the possession of the required "libro de quejas".
